Processing of oily fish

In Stolac , Bosnia and Herzegovina , we have established a sister company Žuvela - HB Ltd. which is one of three companies with the applicable export number of products of animal origin from across the country to the EU , namely it is a testament to our processing of respect and set standards of processing and quality . It all starts with quality and speed , and finally a well organized reception of oily fish . Purchase warehouses are Zadar , Hvar and Vela Luka , and in each we have installed icemaker and our total daily production of ice over 40t . With our own fleet , we are able to transport fresh fish from any destination to processing in less than 8 hours , and the same is processed immediately . The result is superb salted fish in LATAM - cans of 5kg , 10kg , and Fust - Baril of 26kg , various bottles of finished products and IQF frozen sardine , anchovy fillets and etc
